I'm Rashid Minhas — a textile engineer with an MBA in Supply Chain Management, a PhD scholar, and the founder & CEO of OperationalHub Technologies. I turn plant floors, supply chains, and marketplaces into software people trust.
What I do
Three disciplines, one way of working: understand how the operation already runs, then build the tool that makes its numbers easier to trust.
Spinning floors, mill energy, maintenance, and the machines that software has to respect — drives, inverters, PLC faults, and control cards.
Inventory, vendors, logistics, and the path from the store to the line — backed by an MBA in Supply Chain Management.
Multi-company plant platforms, Next.js marketplaces, roles, dashboards, and the forms a shift actually fills in.
My company · Est. 2021
Engineering, IoT, software, and textile parts for industry. A Lahore team of mechanical, electrical, electronics, and software engineers that connects a plant's machines, utilities, stores, and maintenance to one live platform — and supports it on the floor.
Help every plant see where its energy, materials, and time go — and act on it the same day.
A connected, data-driven plant floor for Pakistani industry — built and supported locally.
Selected work

Plant systems · Founder & CEO
Engineering, IoT, software, and textile parts for industry: one live platform for energy, maintenance, quality, production, inventory, and FBR invoicing — supported on the plant floor.

Plant systems · Operations ERP
A full operations system for a hosiery unit: styles and yarn recipes, orders, lot-wise stores, knitting production, waste, sampling, and finance.

Marketplaces · Product and engineering
A board for Pakistan mills: machines, spare parts, vendor stores, and wanted posts. The buyer writes the vendor on WhatsApp or email.

The textile degree explains the mill. These are the tools behind the live systems a client can open.
How I work
Start where the work happens — the meter, the work order, the store, the stall.
Decide what is recorded, who can see it, and which number everyone agrees on.
Ship a working system quickly, on infrastructure the client can own.
Stay beside it with fixes, new modules, and field support as the operation changes.
Engagements
Energy, maintenance, quality, or production — from the meter or the work order up to the morning dashboard.
Accounts, approvals, stores, and the message that actually reaches the vendor or the office.
When the process does not fit a package, the software follows the process — not the other way round.
Tell me how it runs today. I'll reply from Lahore with how I'd build it.
