Overview
OperationalHub Technologies is the company I founded in Lahore in 2021. It is a team of mechanical, electrical, electronics, and software engineers that connects a plant's machines, utilities, stores, and maintenance to one live platform — and then stays on site to support it.
IoT devices on the floor capture the load of every machine group and the flow of air, water, and gas. The cloud locks the day automatically at 6 AM, and live boards run on PC, control-room TV, and mobile with peak alerts and daily, monthly, and trend reports.
Around energy sit inventory, maintenance, quality, production, projects and logistics, and FBR invoicing — all on the same login, with one database per client company. We also run plant audits for compressed air, energy, water, and inventory, supply textile spare parts, and handle PLC, drives, and electrical repair.
We started in textile spinning and now serve weaving, dyeing, printing, garments and socks, and engineering plants. Clients include Ellcot Spinning Mills, SB Socks, Nizam & Sons, and Orient Engineering.
