About
The person behind the systems.
Engineer by training, supply-chain specialist by degree, researcher by choice — and a builder of software that follows how real operations work.
My story
I am Rashid Minhas. I trained as a textile engineer, completed an MBA in Supply Chain Management, and I am a PhD scholar. The software work sits on top of that: PHP, MySQL, and Next.js systems that are already live. I live and work in Lahore.
The thread through the work is the same. A mill, a vendor, a fair, or a faculty already has a way of working. The software should follow that, and make the numbers and the messages easier to trust.
In 2021 I founded OperationalHub Technologies, and I lead it as CEO — strategy, clients, and solution design. We are a Lahore team of mechanical, electrical, electronics, and software engineers: we install the devices on the floor, build the dashboards and reports, and stay on site to support the people who use them. This site is my own record of the work, so a client can see the range before we speak.
I take plant modules, marketplaces, catalogues, and custom builds. If the process is specific, the software should be specific too.
